What runs now
One board with every truck, driver, and order on it. A driver snaps a photo of the bill of lading and the system reads it - litres, document number, product. Customers place orders themselves, drivers get texts, live GPS shows every truck on the map - and the same records run the back office: repairs and what each truck costs to keep, tank levels, payroll, invoices.
