Let's talk.
Tell us what you're trying to build — the current state, the problem, and what “done” looks like. A paragraph or two is plenty. We reply with either a fit, a scope, or a recommendation for someone better suited.
Goes straight to hello@9two.co. We reply within one business day — usually sooner.
Things people ask
before getting in touch.
- How long does a typical project take?
- Most engagements run 2–8 weeks. Simpler builds (an internal tool, a migration, a marketing site) land in 2–3 weeks. Full SaaS products or multi-surface platforms stretch to 6–10. You see progress weekly either way.
- Do you work with clients outside Canada?
- Yes. We work remotely across timezones. Most current clients are in North America, but we ship for teams anywhere as long as there's enough timezone overlap for one real-time call per week.
- Will we own the code?
- Always. Every engagement transfers the codebase to a repository you control at handoff. No licensing traps, no vendor lock-in, no proprietary runtime you're stuck paying for.
- Can you maintain the project after launch?
- Yes, but we don't require it. If you have an internal team, we do a formal handoff with documentation. If you want us to keep shipping features, we run a lightweight monthly retainer priced against specific deliverables.
- What don't you build?
- Marketing sites on Webflow or WordPress, Shopify stores, mobile games, enterprise SAP implementations, blockchain anything. Plenty of great teams for all of that — we're not one of them. When we're not the right fit we try to point you at someone who is.
- What's the smallest engagement you take?
- We don't take anything under ~2 weeks of work. If the scope is genuinely smaller than that, it's usually better handled by a template, a Bubble build, or a one-person freelancer who quotes by the hour.
