9two Technologies is a small, independent software studio in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, working with operating companies across Canada and the United States. Three practices: custom software (dispatch and job boards, order and customer intake, dashboards with logins, roles, and history), AI automation (paperwork read automatically from photos of forms and delivery tickets, with a person reviewing exceptions; the same approach fits quote drafting, invoice follow-up, and inbox sorting), and websites built from scratch (no templates or page builders; quote and booking forms, a page for every service and town served). Projects run on a fixed price and timeline agreed before work starts, with visible progress every week; websites start at $2,000, custom software at $5,000, and most projects take 2 to 8 weeks. - [Sansform](https://sansform.ai): AI form builder - upload a paper form, PDF, or photo and it becomes a digital workflow with signatures and security included, or describe the form you need in plain English and AI generates it from scratch. Reads 99 out of 100 fields correctly on typical business forms and flags uncertain ones for human review. 9two's own product, in market with paying customers.
- [Cougar Fuels](https://cougarfuelsltd.ca): Petro-Canada fuel supplier in Fort McMurray, Alberta with seven locations. Credit applications finished online and delivered as ready-to-file PDFs, each with a verification page proving it was never altered, plus a hiring portal the office runs itself.
- Kelowna BMW: Used-vehicle check-ins and credit applications for the dealership, moved off a paper binder onto its own digital forms workspace. Runs on Sansform.

## How a project runs

2. A fixed price and timeline, in writing, before anything starts - websites from $2,000, custom software from $5,000. No hourly meter, no open-ended retainers.
3. Visible progress every week from week one.
4. Live in 2 to 8 weeks for most projects; ongoing improvements optional, never required.
